Responsibilities

Ensure the achievement of the objectives of its store;

Assume the management of activities related to the store’s operations;

Ensures the application of standards, procedures and programs established by New Look;

Ensure quality customer service that meets the company's standards of excellence;

Train new employees and support their career development.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of experience managing a team;

Have obtained significant results in achieving objectives and controlling operating costs;

Ability to communicate;

Leadership and ability to motivate and mobilize a sales team;

Organizational skills, priority management and ability to manage pressure;

Bilingualism (English,



French), an asset.
