In this role, you will be responsible for directing inquiries, solving service issues, and processing insurance transactions. Your three years of insurance experience and exceptional communication skills will enable you to resolve client concerns and maintain crucial documentation. You will also engage proactively with clients to promote services and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directly respond to phone inquiries and requests
• Resolve insurance product and service challenges
• Keep detailed records of transactions and issues




• Coach other service representatives on best practices
• Attract recent clients by explaining product offerings

Requirements:
• Valid AIC license required
• Three years of experience in personal lines insurance
• Ability to communicate in French required
• Proficient problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Office Suite and insurance systems
