The Faculty of Nursing is in search of qualified clinical nursing practica coaches based in North Battleford. Candidates must hold a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing and be a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with recent experience. You will support nursing students by providing essential mentorship and supervision throughout their program.

Key Responsibilities: • Mentor students in clinical and community settings • Assess and guide students’ clinical progress • Implement diverse teaching methods including simulations • Communicate effectively within interdisciplinary teams • Engage in academic and programmatic activities

Requirements: • Valid membership with CRNS or RPNAS • Current CPR, TLR, and mask fit certifications • Two years of relevant nursing experience • Competent in adult education principles • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
