This role focuses on providing direct assessment, management, and care for wounds, ostomies, and continence issues. Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years as a Registered Nurse and specialize in efficient patient education. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care for wound and ostomy management
• Educate nursing staff, patients, and families on care practices
• Offer consultative support to the nursing team, both direct and remote




• Participate in leadership prospects across clinical specialties
• Collaborate with stakeholders for enhanced patient outcomes

Requirements:
• Certification as Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence
• At least 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
• Current membership with relevant qualified associations
• Bilingualism in English and French preferred
• Completion of the International Interprofessional Wound Care Course desired
