Key Responsibilities:
• Finalize legal documentation related to tax and estate matters
• Implement estate freezes and succession planning strategies
• Prepare corporate documents including share transactions




• Execute document preparation and client meeting coordination
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant
• Graduate of an accredited Legal Administrative program
• Experience in tax, estates, and corporate law preferred
• Skilled in legal technology, including BC Online
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
