Take on the role of Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with ConnectWell Community Health, serving Lanark and Carleton Place, Ontario. Requirements:
Completion of a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program
Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent recognized education
Current RN (EC) registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Two years of experience in a primary care nurse practitioner role
Valid driver's license and vehicle access
