You will engage in field mapping activities and tackle technical challenges with confidence, applying cutting-edge problem-solving skills and adapting to recent project demands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Independently analyze IMS segments with detailed designs
• Guide junior developers through mentorship and support
• Participate in end-to-end field mapping activities




• Develop and deploy high-quality mainframe code
• Solve technical issues and adapt to project changes

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in IBM Mainframe technologies
• Expertise in IMS and COBOL
• Solid problem-solving capabilities for technical challenges
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Familiarity with Kafka and RESTful APIs is advantageous
