This full time, permanent role focuses on technical instruction and supervising shop processes to maintain safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical training to apprentices and technicians
• Supervise shop processes ensuring safety and quality
• Conduct onboarding of current technicians and apprentices




• Maintain training records and ensure compliance
• Review competencies and authorize apprentice progression

Requirements:
• Licensed Tractor technician with at least 5 years of experience
• Some lead-hand training experience is desirable
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
