Join PAL Aerospace as a skilled Business Analyst supporting the Future Aircrew Training Program based in Ottawa, ON. Contribute to data collection, KPI development, and strategic insights.

As part of the team for the FAcT Program, you will report directly to the Program Director and work closely with the Program Manager. This role focuses on designing data frameworks, collecting and validating data, and creating interactive dashboards using business intelligence tools. Solid data analysis skills and proficiency in performance measurement are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop data collection frameworks to align with program goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and data requirements




• Collect and validate data for accuracy and consistency
• Design dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
• Monitor trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making

Requirements:
• Over 3 years as a business or data analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics preferred
• IIBA certification or PMI-PBA certification
• Proficiency with Power BI and Excel
• Solid analytical and communication skills
