Drive effective supply chain monitoring with the Port of Prince Rupert as an Operations Associate. This full time position focuses on analytics, reporting, and operational support for Credentialing services.

Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain Performance & Optimization, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate supply chain performance data across marine, road, and rail systems. Key components of the role include supporting analytics, developing dashboards, and ensuring smooth Credentialing operations, which involve port pass issuance and access control administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report on gateway supply chain performance
• Collect and maintain performance data from various stakeholders
• Develop and refresh analytics dashboards and performance reports




• Support project execution and optimization initiatives
• Manage port pass issuance and administrative support

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in operations support or performance reporting
• Solid analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in data management and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence required
