Hatfield seeks a full time junior or intermediate technician to join our Fort McMurray team. This role involves practical fieldwork and collaboration on hydrogeology and hydrology projects supporting oil and gas, mining, and infrastructure initiatives. You'll engage in water resource programs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and helping maintain monitoring equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess impacts on water resources and environmental values
• Lead and participate in field investigation programs
• Install and service hydrometric and climate monitoring stations




• Maintain and calibrate equipment to meet operational needs
• Support data management and reporting tasks

Requirements:
• B.Sc. or diploma in sciences or engineering
• Field experience in water sampling preferred
• Valid Canadian driver’s license for 3 years
• Familiarity with environmental monitoring systems
• Solid communication skills for team collaboration
