As a Brand Educator, you'll share your passion for the craft with beauty specialists across the country. You'll deliver hands-on classes at Metro Academy and in partner salons, supporting product launches and helping stylists master our flagship colour and care brands. This role blends technical mastery, stage presence, and a genuine love of teaching.

What you'll do

Develop and deliver engaging technical classes

Support product launches with in-salon training

Stay current on techniques, trends, and brand knowledge

Collaborate with our sales team to grow brand adoption

What we're looking for

Licensed stylist/colourist with salon floor experience

Prior education, platform, or training experience preferred

Confident public speaker who loves teaching

Willingness to travel within Ontario and occasionally beyond

Deep knowledge of colour theory and qualified care products
