Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee job postings, sourcing, and interviewing candidates
• Support employee relations and manage workplace conflicts
• Implement training programs and manage performance initiatives




• Analyze HR metrics to provide insights

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years in HR Generalist role with end-to-end recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• In process of obtaining or possess CPHR designation
• Valid BC Driver's License for travel
