You will report to the Operations Manager while supervising the activities of production associates. Your role will ensure that daily operational goals align with customer needs and service agreements. You will implement improvements in processes, coach team members, and monitor compliance with safety regulations to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations to meet service level agreements
• Manage inventory cycle counts and replenishment




• Ensure safety and quality during material handling
• Coach associates and provide performance support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
• 3–6 years in warehouse or logistics settings
• Leadership experience is preferred
• Knowledge of WMS and inventory systems
• Fluent in English and French is a plus
