Reporting to the Director of Development at Team Rubicon Canada, this role encompasses corporate partnership development and event management. You will engage with corporate partners, manage Corporate Service Days, and oversee fundraising activities that strengthen donor relationships across Canada. Your strategic focus will help transform community engagements into sustainable support for mission delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop corporate partnership strategies and revenue goals
• Manage and grow corporate partner relationships
• Plan Corporate Service Days and related events




• Create tailored partnership proposals and sponsorship packages
• Oversee fundraising and community event logistics

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in corporate partnerships, fundraising, or event management
• Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholder engagements
• Solid financial acumen and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
