As a vital member of Taproot, you will supervise program activities and staff, guiding the development of effective community support services. Your responsibilities include recruiting and training team members, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to program policies. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and compliance
• Recruit, train, and evaluate program staff and contractors
• Develop program activities in consultation with management




• Maintain records and produce required reports
• Promote community awareness and coordination of services

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in social sciences or related field
• Minimum three years in a similar program with supervisory experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean abstract
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Experience with alternative communication strategies an asset
