As Sr Legal

Counsel, you will provide strategic legal advice to executives on commercial contracts and complex nuclear projects. Your guidance will help mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to legal standards. This role requires a minimum of eight years'

experience in commercial and corporate law, coupled with a robust understanding of relevant legislation and international contracting. Key Responsibilities:
Advise executives on legal and management issues
Review and negotiate complex commercial contracts




Prepare briefs for ministry and Treasury Board
Participate in negotiations for international projects
Review legal documents for compliance and legality Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law needed
Admission to the Law Society of Ontario
Eight years of commercial law experience
Knowledge of infrastructure construction practices
Bilingualism in both Official Languages recommended Deliver expert legal support for infrastructure projects at CCC, enhancing Canada’s global business relationships.
