In this pivotal role, you will ensure the ongoing maintenance of all rowing equipment and facilities while providing coaching support for both physical education and extracurricular rowing sessions. Collaboration with the Head of Rowing is essential to foster an engaging setting for student-athletes as they develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily maintenance and safety of rowing gear
• Conduct regular safety inspections per regulations
• Provide coaching and training support for students




• Oversee logistics for regatta events
• Facilitate summer rowing camps with operational oversight

Requirements:
• RCA Coach certification or valid equivalent
• Holder of a Class 5 driver's license with heavy trailer endorsement
• Proven knowledge of rowing equipment and maintenance
• Experience with transporting trailers for events
• Solid administrative and communication skills
