In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Operations and collaborate with Canadian EB leadership. Your main responsibilities will include managing diverse projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timelines. This position requires a solid commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering solutions such as process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support project execution to meet objectives and timelines
• Develop and document comprehensive project plans and schedules
• Communicate project statuses, milestones, and risks to stakeholders




• Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Facilitate change management strategies for new initiatives

Requirements:
• Experience in project management, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Power BI
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Background in employee benefits is preferred
