This role directly supports the Manager of Forestry Maintenance and Operations. You will manage the entire project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with corporate and legislative standards. Your leadership will be vital in providing direction to contractors and in-house crews for tree maintenance and planting initiatives, driving high-quality service delivery throughout the city.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement and scheduling for forestry operations
• Lead project phases from planning to execution




• Ensure compliance with all standards during inspections
• Guide team members and oversee training processes
• Track budgets and oversee contractor performance

Requirements:
• Degree in Urban Forestry or related field
• ISA Certified Arborist designation mandatory
• At least 5 years of relevant urban forestry experience
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
