WSP is seeking a Civil Engineer-in-Training for its Hydropower and Dams team. This entry-level role offers exposure to feasibility studies, engineering designs, and site inspections in a collaborative setting. Your work will support sustainable energy solutions that impact communities across Canada and enhance critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to feasibility studies and engineering designs
• Support design of reinforced concrete and steel structures
• Participate in site inspections and field investigations
• Assist in developing technical drawings and documentation
• Prepare engineering calculations and technical reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Membership with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC)
• Exposure to structural engineering principles
• Knowledge of hydropower and dam projects is a plus
• Solid technical writing and analytical skills
