As the Regional Service Manager, you will oversee service operations across Alberta AG Centre's northern locations, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective team management.

This role requires hands-on experience in agricultural equipment service and a proactive approach to leadership. You’ll promote a customer-focused culture and enforce quality control across all service points. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to Service Managers and site supervisors
Conduct hands-on site assessments and coaching sessions
Lead and complete annual staff performance reviews




Monitor KPIs to guide performance improvements
Address and resolve staffing and operational gaps Requirements:
Agricultural Equipment Technician certification or equivalent
Over 5 years in service operations, progressive supervisory experience
Previous regional or multi-site management experience preferred
Solid interpersonal, communication, and trust-building skills
