The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Interim Infrastructure Sub-Program. You’ll work on critical upgrades such as aircraft hardstands and terminal interface projects. This position requires solid organizational and stakeholder management skills to maintain safety and compliance in a bustling construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Project Managers in executing construction activities
• Coordinate phased construction and enabling works for timely delivery
• Maintain project schedules and progress trackers aligned with milestones
• Manage site access, inspections, and contractor onboarding
• Prepare monthly reports and performance dashboards
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of project coordination experience
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with airport procedures is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and RAIC eligibility required
