This full time position involves hands-on IT support, management of CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure provisioning on cloud platforms. Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless technological support for Canadian employees while maintaining the integrity of cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for Sitero's SaaS offerings
• Provision cloud infrastructure using Terraform on Azure and AWS
• Offer IT support for hardware and software issues
• Monitor cloud systems with Azure Monitor and AWS CloudWatch
• Oversee hardware lifecycle management and logistics
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 3–6 years of DevOps/cloud infrastructure experience
• Proficiency in Azure and AWS production settings
• Solid background in IT support and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
