We seek a customer-oriented skilled to excel in resident engagement and leasing. You'll work on achieving leasing goals and maintain high satisfaction among residents. Flexibility in scheduling is offered, but the preferred days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Your own vehicle and valid driver’s license are essential for this position, with travel expenses reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a resident ambassador to ensure satisfaction
• Oversee the end-to-end leasing process effectively
• Track vacancies and maintain leasing performance




• Address maintenance requests and facilitate resident transitions
• Manage payment collections and property inspections

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service, sales, or administration
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Competent in MS Office; SAP experience is an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Clean driver’s abstract and reliable transportation needed
