Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in interdisciplinary team planning and assessment
• Ensure documentation and care plans are accurate and communicated
• Administer medications and treatments as per regulatory standards
• Aid with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Address emergencies and changes in resident conditions promptly
Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse credential
• Proficient in patient care planning and implementation
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills
• Understanding of regulatory obligations
• Capability to handle various resident care scenarios
