Become a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with Fraser Health, providing critical care and support in mental health and substance use services. This role is defined by patient-centered strategies and evidence-based care practices.

In this position, you will deliver psychiatric nursing care while collaborating with the healthcare team. This includes assessing patient needs, implementing interventions, and providing education to patients and families. Your clinical expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards of service and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Collect and analyze patient information for nursing assessments
• Facilitate communication among healthcare specialists




• Educate patients on essential health topics
• Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Active registration with the BCCNM as an RN/RPN
• Familiarity with psychopharmacology and legislation
• Ability to provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support
• Robust organizational and collaboration skills
