We are seeking an experienced Accident Benefits Adjuster to evaluate and settle claims for our clients. Your expertise will be essential in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate records and presenting files. You will work remotely, ensuring effective communication with insureds, adjusters, and clients to resolve claims efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and analyze claims information thoroughly
• Accurately record and present claims files
• Examine insurance policies and settle claims
• Maintain accurate billing and time records
• Collaborate with managers on client relations
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of Accident Benefit Adjusting experience
• Preferred post-secondary education in related fields
• Comfortable with hybrid work setup
• CIP Designation or working towards it
• Ability to obtain Ontario insurance license
