You will leverage your supervisory experience to oversee repairs, manage contractor projects, and ensure fire protection compliance, maintaining high standards throughout the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead overall facilities management operations
• Respond to emergencies and direct other personnel




• Liaise with the Executive Director and vendors effectively
• Oversee HVAC system and fire protection maintenance
• Manage financial statements and budget compliance

Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience
• Three years of facilities experience in related systems
• Valid Driver's License may be required
• Certification may be needed as per state
