Duties
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly, provide information, and direct inquiries appropriately
Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy of billing and reservations data
Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting room inspections, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours
Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs,



and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts
Support guest services by providing local information, arranging transportation, and assisting with special requests

Skills
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve our diverse guest base
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for clear, courteous interactions
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality excellence
Experience working at a front desk or in hotel operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Knowledge of guest services procedures and hotel safety protocols
Friendly demeanor combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks smoothly
