In this role, you will ensure that all service delivery materials are available, coordinating closely with multiple stakeholders to manage demands. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain materials availability schedule for Service Leads
• Communicate and track reservations in Thales systems
• Address and resolve material unavailability issues
• Participate in root-cause investigations for material




• Raise requisitions for required maintenance equipment

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in a Defense project
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Solid attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• Experience in supply chain or procurement environments
• Must pass Controlled Goods assessment and obtain NATO Secret Clearance
