Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, this position emphasizes retail allocation and inventory performance. You will collaborate closely with various departments including Merchandising, Planning, and Operations to drive improvements and ensure healthy inventory levels. A blend of analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in this role, as you will monitor inventory performance and identify prospects to enhance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily inventory health and optimize productivity
• Execute retail allocations to drive sales




• Monitor inventory levels and sell-through rates
• Conduct inter-store transfers to maintain balance
• Produce detailed inventory reporting with insights

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Solid understanding of retail allocation principles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
