Provide critical support in a full time role as a Client Support Worker at AG Protected House in Kelowna. Deliver emotional support, crisis intervention, and resource navigation to women facing crises.

As a Client Support Worker at AG Secure House, you will provide direct assistance to women, youth, and children transitioning from crisis situations. You'll utilize trauma-informed and harm reduction approaches while focusing on life skills development and housing stability. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with a respectful and inclusive approach
• Provide emotional support and crisis intervention as needed
• Develop individualized support plans with residents




• Offer referrals to community resources and help with housing

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Services or related field
