As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will lead by example and coordinate comprehensive care for residents. Reporting to the Director of Care, your responsibilities include evaluating care plans, assessing needs, and ensuring adherence to standards and regulations. Active participation in interdisciplinary teams and effective communication with families and health specialists will be vital to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Monitor residents' physical and psychological conditions




• Participate in care plan reviews and interdisciplinary conferences
• Provide coaching to care staff and promote best practices

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Current BC College of Nurses and Midwives license
• Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
• Excellent command of English, orally and in writing
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs
