Success in this role demands a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, complemented by at least 2 years of relevant experience. Your technical acumen should encompass hyper-converged environments and IT best practices aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the expansion and use of technology organization-wide
• Provide daily IT support across various departments




• Collaborate with executives on technical and security requirements
• Participate in effective change management processes
• Monitor applications and systems for optimal performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science
• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Robust technical skills in an enterprise setting
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices
