In this role, you will travel to various customer locations to conduct workshops on health-related topics. A minimum of five years in group facilitation and a relevant degree are essential to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops on health topics at client sites
• Travel to customer locations as required
• Engage with participants to enhance workplace wellness




• Collaborate with corporate teams to ensure relevance
• Drive awareness of mental health resources and services

Requirements:
• Five years of group facilitation experience
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
• Expertise in psychology or organizational development
• Understanding of workplace culture and EAP programs
• Access to a vehicle for travel
