The firm is hiring for a Document Technician to work Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The successful candidate must have advanced Microsoft 365 skills and a adaptable attitude to manage various practice areas. Your ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality will be critical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Revise and format all documentation with extreme detail
• Implement techniques to improve document production accuracy
• Meet timeline expectations for tasks in the Document Processing Centre
• Ensure client satisfaction with services provided
• Perform office tasks such as photocopying and sending documents
Requirements:
• Previous experience in legal document processing
• Completed post-secondary education as a legal assistant
• Familiarity with Real Estate or Litigation practices is preferred
• Flexible schedule capable of supporting overtime
