Key Responsibilities:
• Estimate project costs for materials, labor, and equipment
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings for project understanding




• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from specifications
• Liaison with suppliers and vendors for accurate pricing
• Conduct site visits to evaluate existing conditions

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or related field
• Proven experience as an ICI Estimator
