In this full time role, you will report to the Manager – Technical Services, overseeing various key product categories. Your responsibilities will encompass manufacturing support, cost reduction strategies, and contribution to cutting-edge product development processes, collaborating with multiple teams to assure successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical strategy for assigned product categories
• Execute the commercialization processes effectively
• Prepare and lead presentations for food review meetings




• Oversee project management tasks like PFMEA and process mapping
• Collaborate on enhancing product quality and food safety

Requirements:
• Degree in Food Science or related field
• 3 years of relevant food manufacturing experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an asset
• Proficiency in food safety practices like GMP and HACCP
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
