SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Blueline Contracting is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our Squamish team.

We build high performance custom homes in the Sea to Sky and have several exciting projects lined up for 2022. We are looking to add an experienced and detail oriented lead carpenter to our tight knit team.

The ideal candidate comes from a history of working on high end custom projects and brings extensive experience, a passion for the craft and attention to detail to the team.

YOUR SKILL SET:

You are a highly skilled carpenter (red seal carpenter or equivalent)



with extensive experience building custom homes

You are leader who can manage, mentor and motivate a small crew of carpenters and apprentices

Your attention to detail and striving for perfection are your great skills, you welcome challenges and see problem solving as a rewarding part of the job

Forming, Framing and Siding experience is critical - you should be experienced in these areas at a high level

You are able to read plans and execute with accuracy

YOUR CRITICAL SKILLS:

high end residential experience

shop / finishing work experience

red seal

first aid certs
