Our client seeks a motivated Accountant with a passion for numbers and detail. In this role, you'll manage accounting operations, enhance the general ledger's accuracy, and improve financial reporting. With your solid foundation in full-cycle accounting and experience in QuickBooks Online, you will ensure timely month-end closes and assist in transitioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the integrity of the general ledger across companies
• Review and prepare journal entries and allocations
• Maintain reconciliations for bank and balance sheet accounts




• Ensure accuracy for month-end and year-end closings
• Overhaul accounting workflows for improved consistency

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Business
• Minimum of 3 years in general ledger and bookkeeping
• Must have experience with QuickBooks Online
• CPA path or designation preferred
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
