We are seeking an experienced Teacher to lead a specialized 10-day program for students confronting significant academic and behavioral challenges. This role emphasizes personalized teaching, ensuring support aligns with each student’s needs. You will work collaboratively with school teams and families to create and implement effective intervention plans that facilitate student success and smooth transitions back to traditional schooling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide academic and behavioral guidance to struggling students
• Develop instructional strategies tailored to student strengths
• Collaborate with school staff and families on individualized support
• Oversee case communication and coordination regularly
• Support social-emotional skills and reintegration into home schools
Requirements:
• Teaching experience in alternative or special education
• Solid communication and collaboration skills
• Capacity to create individualized learning strategies
• Focused on building positive relationships with students
• Expertise in managing behavioral and academic challenges
