In this temporary full time position, you will support the national administration across Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal. Key Responsibilities:



• Support national operations and administrative tasks across all offices • Monitor shared Admin Support inbox and respond to inquiries • Maintain operational documentation and budget administration • Identify and escalate operational issues to management • Coordinate updates on records management and lobbying administration

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations administration • Relevant degree or certification in administration or operations • Solid initiative and organizational skills • Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven settings • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
