Your role focuses on designing engaging training programs for Komatsu's Underground Hard Rock products, empowering service teams and customers worldwide. With hands-on methods and advanced technologies, you will enhance equipment expertise across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical training sessions on Hard Rock mining equipment
Develop engaging training programs with cross-functional teams




Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Utilize simulation systems for impactful learning experiences
Provide expert guidance during customer technical inquiries

Requirements:
Technical diploma or degree in engineering
5+ years of heavy equipment experience in mining
Experience with BEV equipment is a plus
Solid mechanical and hydraulic system knowledge
Excellent communication skills in English
