In this vital role, you are responsible for managing design teams, enhancing employee productivity, and ensuring high project quality. You'll engage with clients and stakeholders as an official representative of Introba, directing efforts in mechanical design that meet client expectations while adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide continuous performance assessments of design staff
• Implement action plans from team meetings to improve project progress
• Conduct quality assurance throughout the design process




• Represent Introba in discussions with clients and authorities
• Guide staff training in design processes across all phases

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of relevant design experience in HVAC and plumbing
• Familiarity with BC Building regulations
• 5+ years of project management background
• Eligible for Qualified Engineer designation
• Excellent coaching and interpersonal skills
