This role reports to the Head of HR Administration and Payroll. You will oversee the administration of HRIS applications, providing troubleshooting support and user training for internal stakeholders. Engage in the enhancement of HR processes and contribute to various HRIS implementation projects by collaborating with IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive reports and HR metrics

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or IT
• Over 5 years’ experience in HRIS roles, focus on optimization
• Solid HR process understanding and advanced data skills
• Proficient in analytics tools and advanced Excel
• Bilingual in French and English, with robust presentation abilities
