This role requires considerable experience, with a focus on the construction and repair of municipal facilities. You'll oversee projects and mentor staff while maintaining safety standards and effective communication with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include estimating material needs from blueprints and coordinating with subcontractors for optimal project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Construct concrete formwork and playground structures
• Prepare sites using blueprints and project estimations




• Lead framing of wooden structures including installations
• Supervise and mentor junior carpenters and helpers
• Create digital drawings and coordinate with contractors

Requirements:
• Red Seal Endorsement in Carpentry Trade
• Five years of relevant journeyman experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License in BC
• Proficient with power and hand tools
• Knowledge of safety precautions and BC Building Code
