Become a Mill Operator with Orla Mining at the Musselwhite Mine in Northern Ontario. In this role, you will ensure secure and effective gold milling processes through hands-on operation and monitoring.

Reporting to the Mill Team Leader, the Mill Operator will manage an assigned circuit, maintain safety and housekeeping standards, and be vigilant about potential hazards. You will engage in routine inspections and make essential process adjustments to sustain optimal plant performance, while following established safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities: • Operate and monitor gold milling processes, including crushing and grinding • Conduct inspections, sampling, and process adjustments daily • Troubleshoot and record process data to optimize plant performance • Maintain site safety and procedural compliance • Participate in daily meetings and emergency procedures

Requirements: • Minimum Grade 12 education • At least 1 year of milling experience in mining • Communication skills and willingness to learn • Ability to lift 50 lbs • Preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience
