Duties
Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, doors, windows, and fixtures to ensure optimal operation
Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of machinery and infrastructure
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe by following proper safety protocols and procedures




Support special projects such as installations, upgrades, or renovations as needed

Experience
Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar hands-on role is preferred
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems is highly desirable
Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement effective solutions
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
Familiarity with safety standards and procedures related to facility maintenance
Prior experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment is a plus
