This critical role involves overseeing financial performance, driving team development, and fostering a supportive culture within our clinics. You'll collaborate closely with Practice Managers and the National Medical Director to ensure excellence in veterinary care. Key Responsibilities:
Own performance across Juno's Lower Mainland clinics
Identify operational gaps and advocate for impactful solutions
Manage P&L; for clinic fleet with Practice Managers




Support new clinic openings operationally and through recruitment
Report performance trends to Clinic Support Centre

Requirements:
5–10+ years leading managers in healthcare or veterinary settings
Solid P&L; understanding and operational efficiency
Proven relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth settings
Genuine interest in veterinary medicine or clinical care
